The legal bit.

The details in the table above identify the owner of this site, as required by article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).

It is an informational site: it presents the venue, its menu, its music and its agenda, and lets you request a table. Nothing is sold through it and no payments are processed.

By browsing you agree to use the site in good faith and not to do anything that could damage it or disrupt its normal operation. Prices, hours and menu content are informational and may change without notice; the venue’s own are the ones that count.

The texts, photographs, trade marks, logos and design of this site belong to the owner or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent, beyond private use and legally permitted quotation.

The site links to external services (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Google Maps and WhatsApp). The owner does not control those services and is not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.

Information is kept up to date and accurate as far as possible, but is not guaranteed to be error-free. The owner is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or for service interruptions outside their control.

This relationship is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts that have jurisdiction under the applicable rules.

Only what you type into the booking form. No field fills itself and no profiles are built.

Only to answer your request and arrange the table or event you asked about. Never for advertising, and never sold or passed on for commercial purposes.

Your consent when you submit the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (articles 6.1.a and 6.1.b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

This is a static site with no database: submitting the form stores nothing on the server. It opens WhatsApp with the message already written, or your email client, and you are the one who sends it. From there the conversation lives wherever you keep it — in WhatsApp, or in the venue’s inbox.

Only the providers needed for the message to reach the venue:

• Vercel Inc., which hosts the site (it never receives the form content)
• WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta, if you send the request via WhatsApp
• The venue’s email provider, if you use email

As long as needed to deal with your request, and afterwards for as long as any legal obligation requires. You can ask for the conversation to be deleted at any time.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to the owner’s email and saying which one you are exercising. You may also withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything done beforehand.

If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This site is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their data.

No first-party cookies at all, neither session nor tracking, and nothing is written to your browser’s local storage. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Fonts and video are served from this domain, not from external services. Loading the site makes no third-party requests.

The booking page embeds a Google map. Loading it lets Google set its own cookies and receive your IP address, under Google’s own privacy policy. It is the only third-party element the site loads, and only on that page.

If analytics is ever switched on, it will be a cookieless tool that counts visits in aggregate and anonymously, without identifying anyone or following visitors between sites. Even so, it will be noted here once it is running.

You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Doing so does not affect this site, except that the embedded map may stop showing.
